Shipping
All orders will be shipped on Thursday.
Orders placed after 6pm PST on Wednesday will be shipped the following week.

All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, with delivery in 1-3 business days.
Tracking number available by request.
Return Policy
SilverSalt accepts unused, undamaged, unworn merchandise with tags attached, for a full refund or
exchange within 15 days from the shipping date. All items must be returned in original condition.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.
ALL SALE items are final sale. They can not be returned or exchanged at any time.
Upon the receipt of returned goods, SilverSalt reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

Pack merchandise securely and safely in packaging. Merchandise that is broken or damaged during shipping will not be accepted for a full refund or exchange credit.
repairs
SilverSalt jewelry is made with natural linens, cottons and stones. Water and excessive wear can wear down natural materials. Metals used in various merchandise are a range of materials. Please refrain from using cleaning products to avoid risking discoloration of metals and pendants, or disintegrating
materials. Stones, beads and/or pendants can be fragile.
Repair fees begin at $25. SilverSalt will repair broken or worn materials, due to a one-of-a-kind nature of materials used, SilverSalt cannot guarantee exact replacement of all pieces. Repair fee includes return shipping to client. Client is responsible for shipping charges to SilverSalt.

Damaged products
In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, you must email denise@wearsilversalt.com within 7 days from shipping date. Please include photo of broken merchandise in the email.
Due to one-of-a-kind nature of my merchandise, I cannot guarantee replacement of exact merchandise, but SilverSalt will gladly work with you to replace broken merchandise.

To exchange an item, please email me at denise@wearsilversalt.com.
I will assist you with your return and reorder of new merchandise. Due to limited availability of my merchandise, I cannot always honor an exchange but will do my best to fulfill each order as requested. If an exchange request cannot be made, I will credit you with your full amount due minus any shipping and handling charges.
